Miscellaneous Errata

• An issue in Binutils may cause "make install" to fail if "-j N" is set in MAKEFLAGS. To workaround it, append "-j1" into Binutils (pass1, pass2, and final) "make install" command (Reported by Hans Meier).
• When building Tcl, the tarball containing the documentation is downloaded and untarred, but not installed into the system. Install the documentation using the commands mkdir -v -p /usr/share/doc/tcl-8.6.11 and cp -v -r ../html/* /usr/share/doc/tcl-8.6.11.
